The Marketing Manager, EMEA will be an integral part of the region's growing marketing team.Reporting into the Senior Director of Marketing, the role will support the brand's retail, wholesale and ecommerce businesses in Italy, parts of Europe and the Middle East.The role will work closely with the cross-functional teams in Milan, London and with our headquarters in New York.


Contribute to seasonal marketing planning to drive sales and new client acquisition across our Retail stores and key wholesale accounts

Project manage retail marketing events and activations.Develop new, engaging third party partnerships to drive new customer acquisition

Oversee day-to-day management of digital marketing channels ensuring ecommerce sites are refreshed and updated with seasonal assets as well as checking and scheduling e-newsletters

In conjunction with cross-functional teams, contribute to development of localised content for digital channels

Manage paid media partnerships - advertorials, digital content and OOH - working closely with NY HQ for approval and sign off

Manage CRM planning and execution to drive brand loyalty and engagement Premium gifting, Customer Experiences, Clienteling opportunities

Work closely with NY CRM team for database segmentation; tracking ROI and analysing data to better understand our customer profile and develop tactics accordingly

Manage roll-out of seasonal creative assets eg. regional windows, lightboxes, emails

Liaise closely with Wholesale sales team to develop marketing plans and tactics to support key wholesale accounts. Activities include advertising; social media; dedicated brand emails, GWPs, Holiday activations through to special projects such as pop-ups and windows

Manage and assist with special projects Premium/Influencer branding events; launch of capsule collections or pop-ups; Tory P.As

Manage budget for key wholesale accounts

Coordinate flow of creative assets - campaign images / video etc. - to partners ensuring all assets provided align with commercial buy as well as global marketing message map

Strategic planning for our Middle East business - developing new concepts and activations, in conjunction with our partner, to engage our Middle Eastern customers and drive sales

Manage updates and refreshes to our M.E landing page as well as develop new digital initiatives to grow database sign-ups.In the near future, work on development of M.E ecommerce site

Report on industry news, trends and happenings as well as competitor activities within your region

Manage reporting and ROI analysis, delivering timely feedback to NY HQ

. Bachelor degree or equivalent

. 5+ years experience in a similar role

. Fluent written and spoken English

. Offline and online experience a plus

. Excellent organisational and time-management skills

. Strong interpersonal skills

. Solution-orientated and a self-motivator

. Comfortable multi-tasking and working in a face-paced environment
