DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA

As Learning & Development & HR Generalist, the person will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees at plant level, ensuring they perform at the highest standard of quality that aligns with our luxury brand image.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

In addition, you will work closely with the head of HR to manage the plant population and develop HR processes to be rolled out in the field.

PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE

TASK

1.



Collaborate with hiring managers to assess training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
2. Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs using a variety of modalities and approaches.
3. Deliver engaging and effective learning programs.
4. Create and update training systems and all supporting materials.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
6. Partner with external vendors and experts to enhance the breadth and depth of our training offering.
7. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to foster a culture of continuous learning.
8. Manage reimbursement processes and funding applications (Fondimpresa, etc).

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

1. Bachelor´s degree in HR, Work Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
2. Previous professional experience in Personnel Development, L&D; or in a similar role.
3. Creativity and project management skills.
4.



Familiarity with training design methodologies.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organisation.
7. Good knowledge of English.
