Location:Milano (Italy)Overall Accountabilities:He/she will be responsible for achieving the assigned revenues target, planning and carrying out the proper sales activities on assigned and new accounts in order to achievethem. He/she will contribute to the generation and maintenance of the marketing material.The Sales Manager will be based in Milan, will operate on an emerging segment of the Automotive market (mainly Europe) and will report to the Head of S&M.Principal; Responsibilities: Contribute to the definition of the sales strategy of solutions for automotive marketPursue the sales objectives in accordance with company strategy and directivesGenerate sales leads,

qualify them and progress them through the sales cycleGenerate sales proposals and negotiate them with clientsPrepare customer sales contracts and make the sales closureEnsure customer satisfaction and good client relationshipsCreate and maintain a customer databaseForecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue and generate timely sales reportsMaintain sales activity records and prepare sales reportsDevelop and maintain marketing and promotional materialsMonitor competitors and market evolutionParticipate to market domain fairs and promotional events Education and Experience: Business/technical bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualificationConsolidated sales track record on automotive products and solutions.Proven ability to achieve sales targetsLead generation and cold call capabilityKnowledge of principles and practices of salesKnowledge of customer servicing principlesUnderstanding of basic business principlesConsolidated experience in creating and making presentationsExperience on how to operate in a global environmentSales experience: 3-5 years Key Skills: Excellent written and verbal communicationGoals achievement attitudeSelf-organization and planning attitudeNegotiation and persuasiveness skillsProactivenessProblem analysis and problem-solving capabilityDecision-making capabilityResilience and tenacityStress toleranceFluent written and spoken EnglishKnowledge and use of office, reporting and CRM toolsAvailable for frequent business travels.
