Job Description: Marketing Manager





Scope of the position



As the Marketing Manager you report to the COO and will be full responsible for the Newired marketing activities. This will include market, product communication, Website and Social Media marketing.





You will align the Newired Marketing with the Go-to-market means Customer Engagement and the Digital Sales Model.





Responsibilities and Tasks



- Market analysis on general trends, prospective customers and Competition

- Implement the Newired marketing strategy and marketing plan

- Manage Newired Website(s) www.newired.com, (content, SEO, SEM, Analytics)

- Plan and execute on Demand, Lead Gen activities

- Regular Campaigns

- For different, specific industries, roles and personas

- Online marketing activities (Google Ads, postings)

- Social Media and community communication on the major Newired related communities

- Email blasts

- Maintain, orchestrate Newired Marketing outbound activities (blog, articles…)

- Develop, execute Lead nurturing campaigns

- Writing and editing Newired collateral, Case Studies, Newsletters and presentations

- Main contact for Press and Media Reviews, and PR activities

- Plan and organize Online, Onsite events and regular Webinars

- Plan and co-ordinate Analyst relationships

- Develop and implement reporting and measurement of marketing activities

- Implement and expand the Newired Self-Engagement Platform (SEP)





Qualifications and Expectations



- More than 5 years experience in B2B Marketing for Software products

- Experience, track record in generating results in Demand and Lead generation

- Customer oriented – industry knowledge

- International Experience

- Marketing and market communication experience

- Excellent Communication skills

- Organizational and detail-oriented skills

- Self-motivated and enthusiastic

- Fluent in English
