Milano, MilanoAdecco Financial services is looking for a Importante Azienda assistant finance manager to provide extra local support for 3 months. You will work closely together with the head office in The Netherlands.- Booking invoices in SAP;- Taking care of daily financial administration;- Together with the team working on the monthly and yearly closing process;- Ledger accounts reconciliations analyzing and reviewing;- Ensure monthly timely financial reporting to our head office in Den Bosch, The Netherlands- Budget and forecast:
Provide monthly updates on analysis of actuals compared to budget and forecasts.
from P&L.-; Makes sure that stock administration is reliable and that 3rd parties work according to our requirements.- Cash flow management, ensure adequate funds are available for day-to-day operations.- Liaise with external parties on regular external reporting requirements.- Active role in SOX procedures.- Involvement in ad hoc projects as required.Requirements- Bachelor degree in business administration or Accounting;- 2+ years relevant work experience working in a finance department;- Very good understanding of standard office software (MS Office).- Knowledge of SAP and ERP:
ZUCCHETTI is a requirement;- Strong communication skills both written and verbal in Italian and English;- Good knowledge of local Italian legal and tax requirements.We offer Importante Azienda contract 3 months, gross salary 27-34k.Based Milan Esperienze lavorative:
