On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a multinational Company leader in the Top Luxury field, we are recruiting the following profile:
SENIOR Importante Azienda TO MEASURE SPECIALIST / LUXURY COMPANY / MILAN
Duties and responsibilities:
Leading by example
Coordinating with different department to develop the Importante Azienda-to-measure business of the brand
Analysing the market and trends, building & maintaining relationship with clients
Inspiring customers about the products and delivering high level of service
Responsible for visual merchandising for the department
Team coaching & training about Importante Azienda-to-measure and tailoring
Coordinating with the retail sales team to maximise the sales results,
organising Premium events
Business reporting and monitoring the day-to-day operation of the department.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
Qualified degree
8-10 years of experience in the same role
Fluent in English
Any other language will be considered a plus
Strong knowledge and extensive experience in menswear Importante Azienda-to-measure/tailoring.
Proven experience in luxury retail.
Having an eye on details.
Analitical skills:
with experience in KPI, capable to provide sales analyses and reports
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store result
Excellent commercial awareness and customers attitude
High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
Team-player mentality
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
