ROLE (Based in Milan - Italy)





Support the BIAL Italy logistics department and all interactions with our HQ under the Team's supervision.



Position overview:



Develop and oversee control systems to ensure our company adheres to compliance standards and in-house policies related to logistic processes;



Evaluate the efficiency of office’s facilities and improve them continuously;



Revise procedures, reports etc periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues;



Create and maintain liaison with suppliers, internal and external customers to ensure a successful processes order to cash.





MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES





The key overall responsibilities of the role are to:







- Ensure quality in the order to cash processes;

- Trace and track purchase processes;

- Create and maintain liaison with suppliers, internal and external customers to ensure successful order to cash processes;

- Assure performance checks related to suppliers' contractual obligations;

- Interact with third party logistic service providers;

- Ensure accuracy of all inventories;

- Maintain communication with warehouse and financial department to ensure proper working order;

- Control client credit situation;

- Assist customers with inquiries;

- Manage extraordinary maintenance interventions;

- Manage technical document archive within the positions' competence.





QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS





- Degree in business or administration;

- Analytical mindset to understand the complexities of all procedures and regulations;

- With high attention to detail;

- Italian mother tongue and fluent in English;

- Role motivation, flexibility, proactivity;

- Method, precision, organizational skills are highly valued.
