Description
As a crucial member of the Delivery team, we are looking for an Business Partner, responsible for developing, handling the solutions and the related documentation in response to client’s opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Point of contact for PLG Sales Manager and part of core team for all request of offer from the customer,
- Leader of the opportunity Team for request limited to its domain
- Work in close collaboration with Bid Manager
- Facilitator for quotation serving Solution Design Experts/Advisors
- Reviewing client request documents, RFI (Request For Information), RFQ (Request for Question) and RFP (Request For Proposal)
considering the requirements and planning for the quotation grid and proposal response.
- Developing a solution tailored to client’s needs, for validation by Solution Design Expert/Advisor, in collaboration with the Bid Manager
- Build, mutualize, standardize Bid Materials of the Domain of expertise
- Share of best practices across businesses in liaison with Bid Manager
Education
- Bachelor’s or higher graduate degree in a science related field (Knowledge in domain of expertise), or equivalent experience
Experience
A proven experience in a project management position in the pharmaceutical experience is required.

- Business and sales oriented mindset,
- Excellent Management Skills : organizational and time management skills
- Ability to understand the required standards of a products (Domain activities)
- Ability to work well within a team and interdependently,
- Process orientated with good attention to detail,
- Good technical writing skills, and troubleshooting abilities,
- Good understanding of safety database software, MS Word, MS Excel,
- Fluent in English and another European language for daily contacts with local and international partners
