[MBR05] | Industrial and Risk Manager

The Industrial and Risk Manager supports the Program Director and the Industrial and payload manager in the following tasks, as applicable.



Risk & Opportunity Management, formulation of the Risk Management Strategy and definition the risk classes and their thresholds



Preparation of the Risk management Plan



Execution of the periodic Risk Board meetings.



Report to the programme manager and the customer by producing and maintaining the risk





Interface point for schedule and programmatic aspects, including risk and opportunity process, harmonization between the Thales Alenia Space in Italy Prime and the Thales Alenia Space Entities



Interface at management level to facilitate the communication between Thales Alenia Space in Italy Prime and the Thales Alenia Space Entities for all the project aspects



Follows the Thales Alenia Space Entities work execution progress for all the programmatic aspects



Participate to negotiation and implementation of contracts changes with the Thales Alenia Space Entities
