Job description





We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist for CARIOCA Headquarters in Settimo Torinese. The person in charge will be responsible for one of our strategic growing channel: e-commerce, including our brand online-shop (focus ITALY and SPAIN), Amazon Europe and other key marketplaces.





Core Responsibilities





- Lead the e-commerce presence of the CARIOCA brand.

- Maximise revenue and return on our direct channels

- Monitorize sells, prices and content on Amazon & Key Retailers



- Consider all e-commerce and digital touchpoints

- Partner with the Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing plans that optimise sell-in/sell-out, including NPD development.

- Partner with the Sales Team to support and coordinate other customer e-commerce presence

- Analyze local e-Retail Market Size, Key Players and Omni-channel opportunities

- Fix logistic needs & specificities with our partners (together with Supply Chain) and Ensure product availability (no Out Of Stock)

- Define Product Assortment & Bundling, Visual Merchandising and Promotions Guidelines, making sure the Brand assortment is well represented

- Explore and lead seasonal digital marketing program opportunities, evaluating/negotiating co-op deals (as needed).

- Monitor website usability and UX to improve site performance, merchandising, engagement and conversion





Requirement/ Desired skills





- Strong Experience in e-commerce environment (3+ year), digital marketing and online retail propositions, including a strong understanding of Amazon, site design, site maintenance, online campaigns

- University Degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or another related fields

- Ability to turn analysis into the development and deployment of actionable e-commerce solutions

- Strong project management skills

- Entrepreneurial mind-set able to embrace test & learn culture

- Analytical skills and demonstrated data driven approach

- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Amazon Environment

- Work with a spirit of enthusiasm, teamwork, cooperation

- Fluent English

- Fluent Spanish would be appreciated
