Who We Are Looking For
With immediate effect we are looking for a fixed-term Operations Assistant for 9 months to support the Transfer Agent team in Milan. The role will involve a significant amount of contact with local distributors, Transfer Agents and other internal groups within State Street with the Operations Assistant being one of the key contacts for these. Among the activities performed in this role, subscription/redemption orders, transfers and inheritances will be the most relevant, therefore previous experience on the subject would be a plus.

What You Will Be Responsible For
As Assistant you will be
- Executing instructions timely and accurately in accordance with our clients offering documents provisions and operating procedures
- processing manual instructions
- performing reporting for internal/external counterparties
- completing procedural checklists in a timely manner
- ensuring agreed timelines are adhered to

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Ideally successfully completed degree in Finance/Accounting, Business or similar
- Diverse previous experience in an active business environment is beneficial
- Basic understanding of fund administration would be ideal
- Strong MS Office skills, especially with Excel and Word
- Fluency in Italian and good English skills
