ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

To enhance our Company, we are looking for a person for our Accounting Department in Lido di Camaiore (LU) office that is precise, always on time, used to working under stress respecting the deadlines.



The major responsibilities:



- Managing and coordinating activities related to bookkeeping;



- Invoicing cycle;



- Prepare monthly account reconciliation to the General Ledgers;



- Prepare VAT declaration and statutory reports (VAT, Intrastat, F24, Withholding taxes)



- Ensure the regularity,

quality and timeliness of accounting data;



- Supervise monthly accounting/management closings;



- Prepare financial statements, as well as provide for mandatory tax compliance;



- Support the preparation and submission of tax returns in conjunction with tax advisors;



- TV tax and Custom report.



Professional experience and skills:



- Diploma / Degree in economics.



- Proven accounting experience gained preferably in medium size companies or in accounting firms.



- Excellent familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Outlook)



- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
