For restaurants, TheFork provides a software solution, TheFork Manager, which enables restaurants to optimize reservation management,
streamline operations and ultimately improve service and revenues, following Yield Management principles of price variability relative to time, a practice used successfully in the travel and hotel industries. The Fork is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO who is based in Milan, while the Leadership Team directly reporting to him is based in multiple locations (Paris, Madrid, Barcelona and others). The Executive Assistant functions as an extension of the CEO by proactively addressing issues with an emphasis on sound judgment, initiative and confidentiality, with appropriate but minimal direction. This position facilitates efficient execution of the CEO's activities by vetting internal and external requests, working closely with the Chief of Staff & the Leadership Team members, managing internal and external correspondences, taking the lead in briefing preparation, and supporting the organization of special events. The role requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures, the ability to make high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company and exercise considerable judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. The Executive Assistant directly reports to Chief of Staff, the right hand of the CEO, who's based in Milan. What You'll Do Have full ownership of the CEO's agenda Provide coordination support to internal staff meetings (Leadership team meetings, Town Hall meetings and seminars) by collecting and preparing information for use in discussion and supporting in follow-ups Support formalization of CEO's internal & external communication, including his communication on social media platform (e.g., LinkedIn) Provide support to Chief of Staff for Project Management (e.g., roadmap building, follow-up on progress and milestones) Provide coordination support to off-site meeting and seminars, Plan and coordinate external facing meetings, which may include cross functional teams and outside vendors Manage the CEO's and Chief of Staff's travel arrangements and expenses including compiling receipts to file expense reports and track reimbursement status What You'll Need BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience 7+ years of senior team level support experience, preferably in large corporations and international environments Fluency in both English and Italian, both verbal and written; knowledge of French and Spanish will be considered a plus Ability to work in fast-paced and rapidly-evolving environments Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners Strong attention to detail Fantastic organizational skills and great follow through on tasks Experience as a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by helping Sound judgement regarding confidential information, ability to exercise sensitivity, discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy given that information handled may be confidential and complex in nature Superior computer skills (MS Office Suite & Google Suite, required; Workday experience a plus); ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports within Excel What we offer Cool and cosy offices located in the heart of Milan Terrace to enjoy the sun for lunch time Fresh fruits delivered everyday #LI-SA1
