Aerospace Mechanical Engineer

Role Description:

We are looking for an Aerospace Mechanical Engineer for a project in the space sector ,



specialising in the design and development of complex mechanical and electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

- Design and prototyping of space mechanisms, structures and ground support equipment;
- Structural and thermal analyses using FEA;
- Drafting of technical documentation (2D drawings, reports);
- Participation in assembly, integration and testing (AIT) activities.

Requirements

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or similar;
- Independent experience in mechanical design;
- CAD knowledge (preferably Autodesk Inventor);
- Ability to perform FEA analysis (ANSYS is a plus);
- Basic knowledge of physics applied to space (vibrations, heat transfer, etc.);
- Operational autonomy and aptitude for teamwork.
