TextileGenesis is a pioneering traceability platform for the textile ecosystem. Our system ensures authenticity and provenance of sustainable textiles from fiber to retail, engaging all tiers of the supply chain with Fibercoins. Recognized for major innovations, TextileGenesis is emerging as a market leader in supply chain traceability in fashion. As we expand, we seek talented individuals to strengthen our regional teams.

We are looking for an Associate Project Lead to join our customer engagement team in Italy. This role involves training and onboarding suppliers, supporting end-to-end traceability programs, collaborating with global project managers, and building strong customer relationships across diverse cultural backgrounds. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential. You will also provide user feedback to improve our products.

Requirements:

- 2-3+ years of experience in the textile industry, certification bodies, or sustainability domains, with knowledge of the supply chain. Familiarity with sustainable textile materials is a plus.




- Customer-focused with strong communication skills, ownership, problem-solving abilities, and data analysis proficiency using MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks; overseas experience is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of certification bodies (e.g., GRS, RCS, RWS, OCS) and supply chain traceability is advantageous.
- Excellent English skills; additional European languages like French or Spanish are appreciated.
