We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager to important

multinational company in the financial Sector. Primary Responsibilities:

Accountable for delivering recruitment alongside the wider recruitment team, focusing on Technology

roles Accountable for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, working closely with the wider People Team to deliver

a seamless experience. Working hand in hand with managers, being the expert to confidently support in the identification of the

skills needed. Advising on best practice and sourcing strategies to find the highest quality candidates,

whilst also managing speed and cost of the process.

Full scope of roles including in the delivery of recruitment for complex technical roles in all professional

disciplines and senior hires who will lead their teams and disciplines, who are absolute experts in their

field. Delivering recruitment projects, such as:

reviewing the candidate journey, competitor analysis, skills and

location mapping. Providing coaching and support to recruitment team to support in problem solving and development of

the team. Skills required:

We're looking for an in-house professional recruiter with a track record of solving interesting recruitment

challenges in a high growth organisation, ideally Tech/FinTech. Proven experience on recruiting Technology positions. Entrepreneurial drive with a clear sense of urgency and priority to achieve results, ability to work within

tight timelines, with a roll up your sleeves approach. Evidence of innovation in challenging hiring situations.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high quality at pace to support the growth of the

organisation.Strong customer experience skills to identify and engage with both active and passive candidates and

deliver an amazing candidate experience. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and leverage these to question and challenge those

involved in defining new vacancies. Highly skilled verbal communication used to engage candidates and excite them with the opportunity of

working in B2B brands with the ability to enthuse the fabulous opportunity for a growing B2B FinTech

brand.Able to fluently speak English
