This is a Service Process Liaison (SPL) Support (L8 Associate Manager) role within the Sales Excellence Sales Operations team.
SPLs focus on process:
understanding the end-to-end Sales Excellence process, specializing in Sales Operations activities and their interaction with other teams,

working with the Center of Excellence Leads, Global Process Delivery Owner (GPDO),Sales Operations delivery leads to define and document Sales Operations activities (e.g., creating and refining Statements of Work and process handbooks),

developing and delivering training to ensure Sales Operations team members are trained and deliver according to defined standards and processes and





performing regular audits to isolate and escalate any operational concerns as appropriate.
The initial assignment for this role will focus on Avanade support, with two primary concentrations:
supporting the lead Avanade Sales Ops SPL with the overall Avanade process and how it interacts with the Accentue process;

taking point on resale processes – both how the Accenture and Avanade resale processes need to integrate, as well as managing Avanade's resale revenue credit process which includes tracking/reporting data and raising/resolving issues across a variety of stakeholders like Avanade leadership, regional teams, controllership, and Accenture AU Finance.
The position reports to Sales Operations leadership; for the initial assignment, that will be the lead SPL for Avanade support.
Other leaders, including Sales Excellence corporate function leads and potentially business leadership, may also provide direction.
Responsibilities:
Providing process management expertise to ensure adherence to standards and best practices





Confident interaction with senior leadership and providing inputs for creation and optimization of operational processes

Design and management of operational processes that include tracking/reporting, assessing, validating, and communicating data, results, status, and issues, for example the Avanade Resale Revenue Credit Requests Review process and associated processes related to compensation and incentive payments and approval repository management

Enhancing team efficiency via continuous improvement and transformation initiative

Qualifications - Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
A minimum of 4 - 5 years of sales ops / sales management experience

Excellent oral and written communications skills in English – this role requires a confident communicator and team player with robust interpersonal skills and a "can-do" attitude

Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance, learning new responsibilities quickly





Ability to work virtually with diverse individuals

Excellent teaming, team building, collaboration, and facilitation skills

Excellent organizational / time management / data management skills

Analytical skills: collects, researches, and interprets data

Highly proficient in following and applying processes, quickly learning client & sales processes and being able to recognize and apply them (previous familiarity preferred)

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Prioritizes and plans work activities with a high degree of personal organization and the ability to supervise/coach/mentor these skills in others

Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook), particularly Excel

Understanding of finance concepts for a services company

Must have:




English language fluency (oral and written)

Good to have:
Green Belt Certification

Business Management education desirable with proven track record in team management

Understanding of sales operations processes and tools (e.g., Client 365) preferred

Experience in training delivery

Familiarity with process re-engineering/transformation and related tools such as VSM (Value Stream Mapping), process mapping on Visio, etc.
Familiarity with revenue operations, preferably with a focus on revenue credit, and/or reviewing and processing compensation and incentive payments

Other requirements

Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit / business area

Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs (e.g., when interaction/conference calls with team members in other time zones is required,



at mid-month and month-end peak activity periods, when a critical issue requires immediate resolution, or when covering for a colleague in another area)

Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines

May be occasionally required to travel domestically or internationally
