Are you a brilliant** student **in Humanities or foreign languages ?**
Do you speak **fluent** English and possibly German**?
Do you have good organizational and communication skills?
Are you eager to learn?
We are looking for **brilliant students **with a strong passion for the **Automotive** sector and the right motivation to take on a 6 month** curricular Internship **in a **dynamic** and **international** context based in our Human Capital & Organization department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.
The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
- Gaining wide overview on HR processes
- Supporting activities for HR processes digitalization




- Supporting development processes implementation
- Supporting the deployment of performance evaluation process
- Participating in the activities related to talent identification and talent program organization
- Organising internal assessment events
- Supporting the organization of training initiatives in coherence with development paths, including coaching and mentoring support
- Participating in the relationship with suppliers
**In order to meet these targets, you will need**:
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be a plus
- Enrolled in a Master's degree in Humanities or foreign languages
- Analytical Skills
- Target oriented
- Proactive attitude
- Team working
- Good communication skills.
