Today we’re looking for a Digital Media Specialist, who will join the Digital Customer Acquisition Team at the Company’s Headquarter in Genoa – Italy.



As our digital media specialist, you will own, develop and deliver all aspects of Costa Crociere’s digital media strategy to deliver new customer acquisition growth and revenue targets across local and international markets.

Key activities are:



- Assist and execute digital media strategies, mainly search, social, programmatic and data strategy activities

- Manage day-to-day operations of digital campaigns including monitoring, optimization, evaluation and analysis based on major KPIs, also working side by side with the media agency team

- Strategic presentations and reports for internal and external use

- Accountability for international markets

- Management of digital media budget

- Support the relationship with Programmatic, Search and Social players to ensure optimal service and results

- Support the development of emerging marketing tools and partners building a business case for testing, also related to personalization

- Promote corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging positive relationships with the company’s leaders to obtain optimum results.



Requirements:



- 2+ years digital media experience

- Established experience executing and monitoring digital campaigns

- Direct experience in online media planning and buying with both branding and performance approach

- Good knowledge of digital campaign tracking tools needed

- Real passion for digital marketing and deep interest in being constantly up-to-date on new trends and technologies

- Excellent analytical skills and confidence in data management and campaign tracking, with high attention to details

- Good knowledge of Analytics to continuously monitor website performances and analyze incoming traffic from advertising campaigns and other organic channels

- Ability to work together with Brand&ADV;, E-commerce&Digital; and CRM teams, driving priorities and supporting them with data when necessary

- Experience in managing Digital media agency with a goal of delivering against the company's targets

- You're fast, agile, analytical, and focused on execution

- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship management skills

- Excellent knowledge of written and oral English, second language is to be considered as a plus

- Excellent communication skills focused on promoting openness and transparency.

- Real team player able to encourage and help others in giving their best.

- Focused on learning and research, welcoming feedback and others’ ideas.
