Your field of responsibility

Join us as a Business Manager in one of the most prestigious Private Banks in Italy. As part of our team you will see the bank from a 360° view collaborating with all areas of the bank as well as our Head Office.

Our team primarily support the CEO and COO in their decision making process by means of analysis and preparation of specific reports, executive communications and strategy. You can develop and implement special projects and important initiatives for the business of the Bank and you will be involved in preparation of quantitative analysis for performance monitoring (static data analysis, performance analysis, forecasting, market comparison,

identification of market opportunities and relative organizational changes and their implementation), in close collaboration with Finance and Controlling as well as the Front Staff Departments, especially concerning new deals.

This role involves direct interaction with other markets and divisions within CS Group, requiring a close liaison and collaboration especially with the sales force as well as Advisory & Sales.

You have also the opportunity to support the Front Department organizing both in terms of content and planning of mandatory IVASS courses for the Front Staff, in collaboration with HR, Compliance and external partners responsible for the contents of the training and managing Market Data access rights for Bankers and Advisory & Sales colleagues.

Your skills and experience

You are motivated, proactive and like to find creative solutions to any kind of problem. You easily build rapport with colleagues and communicate well and effectively. You are independent in the execution of your work, not shy to reprioritize and multi-task and are happy to challenge the status quo if you have a better idea.

You would fit this role well if you:

- Are fluent in both English and Italian with the ability to communicate easily with both senior management as well as various departments within CS Group;

- Have technical/specialized skills in line with the activities outlined e.g. good numerical reasoning and ability to analyze data in an efficient manner and concise communication;

- Have good knowledge of main banking processes and PB services as well as their regulatory context, acquired by work experience of ideally 2-3 years;

- Have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability;

- Well versed in Excel and the MS office suite.
