Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Support the Cluster Omni -Channel Activation Plan and execute Europe strategies, campaigns & activations.
- Execute the Europe omni-channel calendar at Cluster level with a focus on Wholesale focusing on all aspects of activation; in store / out of store
- Support Account Marketing Plans for key accounts and support presentation for/with Sales Teams;
- Support in finalizing and updating the Europe key destination doors list
- Support the creation of appropriate channel activation sell-out tools
- Ensure perfect execution at POS (space planning, merchandising, POS ordering, VM planning…) in line with Europe guidelines
- Report on performance of all omnichannel activation initiatives.
- Support briefing of agencies to execute POS campaigns and RSM activation projects
- Assist in gathering feedback to Europe Channel Activation on performance of concepts and on toolbox readiness
- Establish strong, sustainable relationships with key external agency contacts
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in brand marketing and/or sales (preferably in wholesale and in the sporting goods industry)
- Project management experience
- Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
- Good negotiation skills/ relationship building
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in local language (if applicable) preferred
