An entrepreneurial family based between Monaco and Cap d’Ail is seeking an outstanding Personal Assistant & Household Manager to partner with the Chairmain.
The ideal candidate will be based in or near Ventimiglia and available to commute daily to the Principality of Monaco (the office will be 10 min walk from the Train Station)
Executive/Personal Support
- Drive delegated simple errands end‑to‑end, monitoring timelines, budgets and outcomes
- Organize national and international business travels
- Source, negotiate and manage service providers for house management; maintain a vetted contact database
- Provide occasional driving support for 5-15% of the total time
- Arrange house deliveries, collections and service visits
Ideal Candidate profile
- Residence in Ventimiglia or immediate surroundings and available to daily travel to the Principality of Monaco
- Proven experience as Personal or Executive Assistant
- Highly organized, resourceful and reliable
- Comfortable managing schedules
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced digital fluency (AI agent, productivity suites, collaboration tools, smart‑home tech)
- Fluent English (French is a strong advantage)
- Driving License
- Available to travel if needed (not more then 5% of the yearly time)
Contract & Package
- Position: Full‑time, permanent
- Start: willing to wait for the ideal candidate
- Schedule: 5 days/week with flexibility and on‑call availability
- Compensation: All in 50-65K Eur/year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to €60,000.00 per year
