Job Description:
The selected candidate will support the HR Site Manager in People Management with particular focus on the following main activities:
- Act as first point of contact with the Personnel especially for ordinary day by day people management
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training initiatives
- Manage labor contracts (e.g. Tempo parziale; Secondment contract, business trip contract)
- Manage temporary workers : RDA, checking invoices, monitoring deadlines on the base of the relevant lows
- Manage all the administrative issues related to the Personnel for the own Sr Business Partner Area
- Write the settlement agreement in coordination with Labor & Litigation Department and organize the Agenda with the Industrials Association and Trade Unions Rappresentative
- Manage all the administrative activities related to People Management (holiday management; Headcount monitoring, management the end of labor relationship; keeping update the Organizational Charts)
- Manage all the administrative activities of the Personnel in coordination with Data Management
- Manage all the SAP (or other new system) activities related to People Management update
- Liason with Data Management and HR Admin and Business Support Service
- Manage overtime process for relevant population
Requirements
- University degree
- Previous experience as HR Generalist or in Labor Consultant Company (1 - 3 years)
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HR Information systems (e.g. Workday) will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Team working aptitude
- English language: at least intermediate level written and spoken
- Be able to maintain top confidentiality
