JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: Chef de Partie
Reports directly to: Executive Chef
Overall Job Purpose
As a chef de partie you get to oversee a section of the kitchen, be it pastry, sauces, vegetables and so on. Your role is to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef to achieve the highest standards of food production.
Qualifications & Skills
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Flexibility
Candidate profile
Minimum 2-years experience in similar role in comparable property with sizeable meeting and events spaces
Preferred:
· Strong background in hospitality and event management
Principal Accountabilities
· Responsible for the day to day running of any given section.
· Ensure consistency of food quality and presentation.
· Maintaining the cleanliness, stock control, organisation and standards of the
· section
· Assisting with the ordering on a daily basis, whilst keeping in mind stock usage,
· menu planning and business levels.
· Constantly advising Chef on needs and ordering requirements.
· Assist other Chef de Parties and help each other keep motivated and focused.
· Take part in any training required.
· Able to take control of any given tasks and maintain a high team spirit.
· Keep recipe folders in good order and up to date if and when necessary.
What we offer: contract Job on Call expiring on 31/12/2024.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo parziale, Tempo determinato
Retribuzione: €1.187,15 - €2.907,13 al mese
