Role Overview

As a Digital Monitoring Agent in roadside assistance, you will be the primary point of contact for drivers in need of immediate support. Your role is crucial in coordinating and guiding clients through assistance.

You will handle mission creation, coordination with service partners (tow trucks, garages, taxis,replacement vehicles), and real-time client updates, ensuring hlpy’s service standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

● Monitor roadside assistance requests through our digital flow, intervene through outbound calls

when necessary.

● Dispatch the appropriate service (tow trucks, taxis,



replacement vehicles, etc.).

● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of cases.

● Provide clear and empathetic guidance to clients throughout the assistance process.

● Update and maintain accurate records of all missions in the hlpy system.

● Escalate complex or sensitive cases to team leaders when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Previous experience in customer support, in roadside assistance or automotive services is a plus.

● Excellent communication skills in German ( Native or C2 ) and English (C1 or B2).

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

● Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests simultaneously.

● Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.

● Availability to work on rotating shifts 24h 7/7

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo completo, Part-time, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Retribuzione: €22.500,00 - €30.000,00 all'anno

Ore previste: 40 a settimana
