AM Sales Manager - Selle Royal brand:
For our After Market Sales team, we are looking for a Sales Manager, responsible for overseeing business relationships with distributors and dealers for our brand Selle Royal, in order to achieve planned sales goals. Could it be you?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive commercial policies and sales actions to grow assigned international markets, including identifying, onboarding, and managing distributors in the assigned regions.
Spot and prioritize key commercial opportunities while planning and coordinating regional promotion plans.

Deliver sales targets through effective portfolio and partner ecosystem management.
Build annual sales budgets and forecasts for assigned markets, ensuring accuracy and strong execution.




Execute activities to develop assigned regions, including trade campaigns, retailer initiatives, and seasonal sales activations, to hit annual revenue goals.
Lead recurring product and sales presentations for regional sales teams, including brand training and technical product enablement.
Work closely with the marketing team to identify, coordinate, and participate in key B2B and B2C events.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and business reviews.
Conduct competitive and market trend analyses to support decision-making and commercial strategy.

YOUR SKILLS:
Fluent English (Italian and a third language speaking is a plus)
Familiarity with standard sales and marketing tools

Interpersonal and intercultural communication
Ability to work in a proactive way, with superior attention to detail and organization

High motivation and availability to travel (50%time)

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Based in Europe.
Min. 2 years of experience in sales roles.
