Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, user-centric interfaces. Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging experiences. Build scalable frontend solutions that prioritise performance, reliability, and maintainability. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to the creation, evolution, and governance of shared design systems. Ensure frontend implementations meet non-functional requirements such as performance, accessibility, and security. Review code, provide constructive feedback, and promote frontend best practices. Identify opportunities for improvement in architecture, workflows, and development processes. Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team. Stay up to date with emerging frontend trends and continuously improve product quality. Technical Skills and Experience

Strong professional experience as a

Senior Frontend Developer . At least 7 years of experience overall. Hands‑on experience with

React, Vue, or Angular . Solid understanding of





state management techniques . Proven experience building and maintaining

Design Systems . Strong grasp of UX principles and frontend performance optimisation. Experience working with data‑driven interfaces and visualisation techniques. Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset. Clear and confident communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus). A collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams. Proactive, ownership‑driven approach to work. Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and mentoring others. Preferred Skills

Awareness of

cybersecurity considerations

in frontend development. Nice to Have

Experience with

micro‑frontend architectures . Familiarity with UX design tools such as

Figma

or

Sketch . Knowledge of

server‑side rendering (SSR)
