Il Ruolo

Il Key Lead è responsabile di garantire che tutti i clienti ricevano un’esperienza di qualità all’interno del negozio. Al fine di garantire una gestione efficace dell’operatività, svolge il ruolo di supervisore del piano di vendita, fornendo indicazioni e supporto agli addetti alle vendite. Il Key Lead fa parte del team di manager del negozio e guida le prestazioni attraverso la migliore esperienza del cliente e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi quotidiani.

The Job





The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

- Work Schedule Requirements: Availability varies weekly; must be able to work at least 20 hours per week and be available on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays. During peak times, hours may increase.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (high school diploma/ G.E.D. preferred)
- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred; supervisory/managerial experience not required
- Proficiency in English and Italian; minimum CEFR B2 (required)
- Customer focus, effective communication, interpersonal interaction
- Knowledge of fashion trends
- Adaptability, flexibility and stress tolerance
- Multi‑tasking ability
- Practical on‑the‑job learning, strong work ethic
- Experience with omnichannel retail is a plus
