Responsabilità principali

Assistenza ai clienti nella gestione delle loro richieste, sia di persona che telefonicamente o via email.

n

Supporto nelle operazioni quotidiane del servizio clienti e nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.

n

Collaborazione con il team per garantire un'esperienza cliente positiva e fluida.

n

Requisiti richiesti

n

Conoscenza fluente dell\'italiano e inglese , preferibilmente anche del tedesco; una quarta lingua sarà considerata un plus.

n

Predisposizione a un lavoro dinamico e orientamento al cliente.

n

Apertura a candidati anche senza esperienza , purché determinati a imparare e crescere nel ruolo.

n

Atteggiamento positivo e proattivo , con ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.

Hauptaufgaben

n

Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Bearbeitung ihrer Anfragen, sei es persönlich, telefonisch oder per E-Mail.

n

Anforderungen

n

fließende Beherrschung der italienischen und englischen Sprache, vorzugsweise auch der deutschen ; eine vierte Sprache ist von Vorteil.

n

Fähigkeit, dynamisch und kundenorientiert zu arbeiten.

n

Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber Bewerbern ohne Berufserfahrung , vorausgesetzt, sie sind entschlossen zu lernen und in ihrer Rolle zu wachsen.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Assistant , ready to join our team and contribute to customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Main responsibilities

Assisting customers with their enquiries, whether in person, by telephone or by email.

Assisting in the day to day customer service operations and resolving any issues.

Requirements
