We drive commercial intensity for industrial power solutions that feature the NovaLT product family of turbines in the 5-20MW range. Our technology provides power and cogeneration solutions to industries including refining, steel, pulp and paper,

chemical and pharmaceutical among other process and manufacturing industries. Alongside these we are progressing rapidly into new sectors including data facilities, education and hospitality. Offering an innovative technology portfolio that enables our customers to improve efficiency, optimise operations and reduce their carbon footprint. This team are leading the way.



Champion Innovative Commercial Development



As the Global Key Account Leader you will be responsible for leading a team focusing on key customers in the industrial space with global presence and to establish long term relationship with these customers. You will navigate a matrix community influencing cross functional leaders within the customer service groups including product management, project management, technology, engineering, quality, commercial entities, procurement and technical subject matter experts to develop and deliver solutions that effectively address the needs of the customer. This is a strategic position accountable for driving market share and profitable revenue growth.



As a Key Account Leader you will also be responsible for:





- Identifying and developing key industrial customers with a global presence establishing early, mid and long-term relationships to influence customer decisions on projects globally

- Driving vital activities including research, analysis, prospecting, strategy, marketing and account planning.

- Fostering customer partnerships to maximise business opportunities within the NovaLT portfolio

- Identifying Early Engagement, Must-Win opportunities and global framework agreements ensuring their visibility to Global and Regional HQ teams to meet financial targets and business objectives

- Shaping customer intimacy to position us favorably as a partner of choice and demonstrate the value of Baker Hughes to deliver solutions and results

- Discovering customers' business,

operational and strategic needs effectively to translate into outcome and value-based solutions that rely on Baker Hughes solutions

- Creating customer-facing initiatives such as executive briefings and workshops to identify and communicate the clients' strategy and direction to management and the stakeholder community

- Communicating between client's technical services, R&D; and business segment groups to seek out collaboration, alliances and joint projects.

To be successful in this role you will:



- .Have the vision and agility to drive growth on a global scale with expert skills in key customer account navigation

- Be technically adept enough to understand Combined Heat and Power (CHP) and Cogeneration solutions and their applications the industrial sector

- Have a considerable network of relationships to leverage within the industrial, process,

manufacturing industries or the emerging markets where co-gen solutions are applicable i.e. Data Storage and Facilities, Pulp and Paper, Food and Beverage etc

- Have Strategic and analytical skills to craft and deliver strategic, commercial and technical solutions.

- Have the ability to lead, coach and mentor others on best practices for selling solutions and key account navigation

- Possess considerable interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels

- Be a creative thinker who can effectively uncover, translate and convert customer needs into solutions

- Demonstrate a growth mindset with the ability to discover and connect implicit information

- Have flexibility to travel approx 50% of the time
