- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns
- Develop engaging content for our website, event, blog, and newsletters.
- Create, schedule, and manage posts across social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to interactions promptly.
- Assist in developing a content calendar and planning social media campaigns.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed to support the marketing team. **Requirements**: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within the B2B SaaS, energy efficiency sector or industrial sectors). Alternatively, a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal) required. German language is a plus.
- Motivated to learn about the energy efficiency landscape,



including key challenges and solutions relevant to our target market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
