Poste The Industrialization specialist is responsible for the industrialization and engineering of the designated product category, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. This role requires extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the Product Development and Marketing team in Paris, Quality team, Development team, Buying team, Design team, suppliers and other team members. Missions
- Oversee the product industrialization process, focusing on mitigating time and quality risks.
- Ensure timely product launches (Time to Market) by meticulously tracking progress against targets and providing regular reports.
- Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions and resolve production issues.
- Support suppliers throughout the industrialization process to guarantee products are in line with LV quality standards.
- Proactively identify product deficiencies and implement effective solutions.




- Optimize timelines between Go Style/Master and Master/Go Prod phases.
- Guide and assess supplier capabilities, implementing processes to enhance finished product quality.
- Maintain and update data management systems. Profil Technical Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in industrialization-related roles preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English language skills. French proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Experience with PLM systems is highly desirable. Leadership Requirements: - Dynamic and proactive work ethic.
