- Product Communication including bulletins, depliants, product information guide.
- Identification of product development needs & Competition Analysis.
- Market share analysis and forecast on harvesting products. Market-specific adaptation of marketing concepts.
- Planning and support in the implementation of events such as new product launches, local trade fairs, and field days. Technical and personal support for VIP visitors (groups) as part of factory visits **Your Experience and Qualification**: - Bachelor’s or master's degree in Agricultural Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field with 5+ exposure to technical sales, preferably in the agricultural machinery or related sectors
- Solid understanding of agricultural equipment, with specific knowledge of harvesting machinery,



is considered a strong advantage. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research, competition benchmarking, and identifying product development opportunities. Ability to manage and support local events, field demonstrations, and product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Italy and occasionally internationally
