Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests. As a valued part of the Forte family, you will: - Oversee the team's workflow, ensuring good cooperating across departments
- Coordinate the Commis de Bar during service if on duty;
- Deliver discreet, understated, tailored and timely service whilst sharing your knowledge and best practice with the team;
- Be responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar;
- Responsible for the equipment and supplies assigned to perform the service;
- Remain focused on delivering excellence and seeking feedback from guests;
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products and actively seek opportunities to promote them;
- Contribute to the achievement of the economic targets of the bar with a deep knowledge of the culinary and cocktail offer and appropriate suggestions and recommendations to Guests;

- Strong instincts for understanding and fulfilling the needs of guests
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
- English knowledge at Intermediate level;
- Professional experience in the same role preferably in deluxe hotels and restaurants
- Valid HACCP certification
- Knowledge of F&B; management software
- Confidence and good nature in leading your team in a high-pressured environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth
