About the RoleWe're looking for an AI Transformation Consultant to guide organisations through the adoption and integration of AI across their operations.You'll work with business leaders and technical teams to identify high-impact use cases, define AI strategies, and ensure successful implementation — from early exploration through to scalable, company-wide deployment.This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong business acumen with a practical understanding of AI capabilities and implementation.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prioritise AI use cases across business functions (operations, HR, finance, customer support)Define and deliver AI transformation roadmapsBridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teamsSupport the design and rollout of AI-driven processes and workflowsGuide organisations on tool selection, implementation, and adoptionEnsure alignment with data governance, compliance, and risk frameworksDrive change management and internal AI adoption





Required Skills & Experience5+ years experience in consulting, digital transformation, or technology strategyStrong understanding of AI use cases and business applicationsExperience delivering end-to-end transformation projectsAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to HaveExperience with AI tools, automation platforms, or data-driven systemsFamiliarity with cloud platforms and enterprise architecturesUnderstanding of EU AI Act, GDPR, and AI governance frameworksExperience working with mid-size or enterprise organisations
