Position Statement
The role will report to the Director Customer Engagement West & South Europe and work closely with the Regional Procurement Manager Italy and team. Responsibilities include business development and account management of all hotels, driving additional scale and revenue to Hilton.
Responsibilities

- Account Management and Business Development (65%) – visit partner hotels to realize operational savings using HSM’s suppliers.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients in the region.
- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders via in‑person, digital meetings, or telephone.
- Explore opportunities for new and existing customers.
- Engage professionally with hotel stakeholders.
- Find new customers (leads) and excite them for HSM services.
- Onboard new hotels, ensuring they are familiar with our suppliers and purchasing software.
- Perform follow‑up duties.
- Develop and execute account plans for each customer.
- Monitor participation in Hilton Programs to drive scale, savings & revenue.
- Assist customers in understanding product needs, including determining usage and specifications, and seek new/upgraded products.
- Communicate information regularly to customers, hotel purchasing teams, and other departments as needed.
- Produce pricing benchmarks on customer’s incumbent suppliers to show HSM’s value, including new market trends.
