A protagonist in the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and Companies.Within the **Space Division**, for the Quality organizational unit, we are looking for a **Supplier Quality Assurance Manager**.**Location:** Preferably in Nerviano (MI), but also possible in Campi Bisenzio (FI), Pomezia (RM) or Rome.**The person will be responsible for:**Implementing and monitoring, in coordination with other company functions, the Supplier Quality Assurance management process.**Main activities:*** Responsibility for the Governance and related regulation of the Supplier Quality Assurance function; * Collaborate with Product Quality in monitoring and collecting Non-Quality data and resolving Non-Conformities attributable to suppliers; * Manage, in coordination with the Procurement function, the supplier qualification and monitoring process; * Define and implementmetrics for monitoring supplier performance; * Monitor supplier performance and manage any improvement plans; * In coordination withQuality Auditing,



appropriately plan audit activities at suppliers; * Perform quality audits at suppliers; * Plan and coordinate activities for resolving findings arising from supplier audits.**Objectives:*** Define and implement improvement plans for the Supplier Quality Assurance process* Prepare and manage Audit Programs and supplier improvement plans; * Ensure compliance with Quality requirements in the supplier qualification process; **Education:*** Master's Degree in Engineering or other technical-scientific faculty (STEM profile).**Required experience level:*** Expert: at least 3 years in a management and planning role.**Technical skills and knowledge:**Mandatory:* UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems – Requirements* Familiarity with the development and use of KPIs for process monitoring and improvement; * Knowledge of the main methods supporting Root Cause Analysis (8D, 4M, 5whys .....); * Ability to identify and evaluate containment and corrective actions and preventive actions; * Awareness of FOD andESD conceptsNice to Have:* Knowledge of European space standards (ECSS)* UNI EN ISO 9100:2018 (or AS9100:2016) Quality management systems - Requirements for aerospace, space and defense organizations* UNI EN ISO 19011:2018 Guidelines for auditing management systems* AQAP 2110 Edition D Version 1 JUNE 2016 - NATO QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION**Behavioral competencies:*** Quality orientation* Teamwork and communication* Flexibility and adaptability* Proactivity* Problem Solving* Results orientation**Language skills:*** English (min.
