The position is located in Milan
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to drive market execution and growth across South Europe, (Primarily Italy and France, including Spain and Portugal)



acting as a strategic link between customers, Sales, FAE, and Divisions, with a strong focus on discrete MOSFETs.
What you'll do
- Own regional market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors)
- Translate divisional product strategy into focused regional Go‐To‐Market actions
- Act as a strategic technical‐commercial interface for key customers
- Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities
- Be the Voice of the Customer, influencing product roadmaps
- Ensure strong cross‐functional alignment across Sales, FAE, and Divisions
- Support opportunity prioritization, pricing strategy, and disciplined execution

What you bring
- Background in Electronics / Physics or similar
- Previous Experience in the semiconductor industry (ideally discrete MOSFETs) - ideally 5 years
- Exposure to automotive and industrial customers and distribution
- Struct
