This will be the starting point of an exciting career in our dynamic and challenging Operations function, that will enable you to consolidate both technical and managerial skills for a brilliant path in Ferrero
Main Responsibilities:
As a Shift Operative Leader, reporting to the Production Unit Manager, you will manage various activities in the areas of Production and Human Resources management.
In particular, you will support the execution of the production, coordinating the line team in operational activities and ensuring the presence and the optimization of production factors on the shift (materials, methods, labour and machinery).
In this role,
you will be responsible for the preparation and start‑up of the lines in your area, as well as their interruption, slowdown or breakdown in cooperation with the Maintenance team. You will manage the application of all the criteria defined for the allocation of resources on the lines and the operational workforce. You will also assist the Production Unit Manager in drawing up his "merit plan".
Ensuring that safety standards (both food/hygiene and workplace safety) are maintained on the lines will be one of your key activities, and you will also be responsible for supporting and developing the Continuous Improvement initiatives.
About You:
You will bring your university Master's Degree background in Engineering or equivalent and some initial experience in other Manufacturing companies.
