Working closely with hotel leadership team, you will supervise daily security operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold the discreet,



refined atmosphere that defines Four Seasons.What You Will Do* Oversees the Security contractor by interacting exclusively with the external company's representative, avoiding any risk of unlawful interposition and ensuring a positive and constructive relationship.* Supervise and coordinate all daily security tasks, related to guests complains, safety, loss prevention and internal operations.* Ensure compliance with local security laws, fire safety codes, and regulatory standards.* Monitor risk management programs, conduct security inspections, and review incident reports to identify areas for improvement.* Organize and facilitate local mandatory safety/security training.* Assist leadership in fostering a culture of safety and service excellence within the security team.What You Bring* Degree or diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field.* Knowledge of national security regulations, fire safety codes, and emergency procedures.* Train
