Operations Specialist (UK & DE) – Milan
For a leading international company, we are looking for an Operations Specialist to support operational activities across the UK and Germany network.
Languages required: Fluent English and German

You will join the Operations team and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of locker installation sites, working closely with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
Survey & Site Preparation
Request and follow up on survey reports from vendors
Coordinate the process from survey to installation completion
Ensure system data alignment (Locker/Counter)
Maintenance & Ticket Management
Monitor the ticket queue on a daily basis
Handle non-urgent requests (maintenance, cleaning, spare parts)
Keep systems and records updated
Prepare weekly reports on surveys, installations, tickets, and downtime
Fluent in English and German
Experience in operations or project coordination
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Supporto Installazioni
Coordinamento del processo dalla survey all’installazione
Gestione installazioni e follow-up su tentativi falliti
Maintenance & Ticket Management
Gestione downtime e riattivazione Locker
Gestione richieste non urgenti (manutenzione, pulizia, ricambi)
Gestione ordini di materiali e forniture
Supporto Operativo
Gestione email e richieste da host/partner
Report settimanali su survey, installazioni, ticket e downtime
Monitoraggio performance e gestione escalation

✅ Ottima conoscenza di inglese e tedesco
Esperienza in ambito operations / project coordination
Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione priorità
