We are looking for a profile to join the Operations & Technology Department as an Application Operations Expert .

Main Activities

Planning, implementing, and executing application releases across different environments

Management of application monitoring, tuning, and performance analysis

Delivery, assurance, and troubleshooting on production systems

Coordination with internal teams and external vendors

Maintenance, configuration, and updates of enterprise middleware (IIS, Tomcat, Nginx, Redis)

Management and configuration of application frameworks

Analysis of application and infrastructure logs

Support for the continuous improvement of deployment and operation processes

Contribution to the implementation of automation processes

Requirements

Previous experience as an Application Systems Engineer, Application Operations Engineer, or System Engineer

Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux systems

Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)

Experience with monitoring systems (Grafana, Elastic/ELK, Zabbix, or equivalent)

Familiarity with log management tools (Elastic, Kibana, Graylog, etc.)





Knowledge of DevOps tools (GitLab, Ansible, Ansible AWX, Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred

Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts and code versioning is preferred

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage tasks in mission-critical environments
