We're looking for a Junior sales Specialist to support our business in South East Europe, based in our Milan office. You'll join a young, dynamic European feed team, start with a structured training phase to learn the business, and quickly take ownership of your own client portfolio. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, customer-oriented self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a true hunting attitude—someone eager to grow, think strategically, and make an impact in the animal feed sector while working in an international, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Training phase (6–12 months):
- Learn the business hands-on by supporting logistics, operations, documentation, and deliveries
- Work closely with customers, finance, and operations teams
- Gain strong exposure to market analysis and trade support
