ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Trainee to join our Compliance, Quality & Sustainability team. Reporting directly to the Manager, Compliance and Sustainability Global Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our commitment to product integrity and ESG standards. This role requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to pivot quickly between different topics in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

YOUR IMPACT

- Product & Technical Compliance: Collaborating with internal departments—including Sourcing, Merchandising, Graphic, and the Fabric Office—to ensure all products meet required quality and safety standards.
- Regulatory Support: Assisting the Logistics department with packaging regulations and supporting the Customer Service team on product compliance queries for the commercial side.
- ESG & Audit Coordination: Supporting supply chain organization and sustainability initiatives,



working closely with the Finance department to monitor related audit processes and costs.
- External Stakeholder Management: Acting as a point of contact for certified laboratories (for product testing), suppliers, and external consultants to ensure seamless information flow.
- Data & Documentation: Managing compliance documentation and preparing reports or presentations to track progress on sustainability goals.
- Facility Support: Assisting the Facility department on relevant compliance or operational tasks as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Currently enrolled in Chemistry, Environmental/Chemical/Sustainability Engineering, Economics, Law, or specialized courses in ESG and Auditing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting and presentations.
- Proficiency in English.
- A fast-paced learner who is highly flexible and capable of managing multiple topics simultaneously.
- Natural ability to interface with diverse, cross-functional teams and external partners.
- A genuine interest in ESG themes, product compliance, and supply chain transparency.
