Role

We are hiring a hands-on CTO to join the founding team and lead architecture, engineering, and technical execution across both products.

You will

- Own technical direction and product architecture
- Lead and grow the engineering team
- Review code, make architectural decisions, and ship production systems
- Coordinate multiple product tracks across backend services and frontend applications
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO
- Join a beta-ready platform with an existing technical team to coordinate, scale, and evolve

What we need

- Hands-on experience shipping and operating a B2B SaaS product in production
- Proven experience with AI / LLM systems used by paying customers
- Hands-on engineering leadership: writes production code, performs code reviews, and drives architectural decisions
- Strong capability operating in fast-moving startup environments

More Info

- Founding-team role
- Milan-based preferred (2–3 days/week hybrid)
- Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO
- The CTO will inherit a beta-ready platform and an existing engineering team (in outsourcing), with responsibility to coordinate, scale, and evolve both technology and execution
