Experteer Overview

In this role you will partner with risk coordinators to produce risk profiles and present management responses to senior leaders. You will identify and advise on mitigation actions, supporting management and risk owners. You will develop and monitor key risk indicators and promote risk awareness across the Euronext Group. You will analyze complex data to deliver regular reports, propose actions, and escalade where needed. You will contribute to risk change management and help define risk appetite for decision-making while aligning with laws and best practices.

- Review and improve methodologies, policies and practices, supporting implementation of changes
- Contribute technical input to risk change management projects
- Develop and communicate risk appetite and its use in decision-making
- Apply legislation, compliance requirements and external best practices to enhance risk xlwpduy monitoring and reporting

Responsabilità
- Knowledge of risk management principles
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills with all levels including senior executives
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Fluent in English; French, Italian and German are plus
- Knowledge of the company’s markets, operations and/or IT is an advantage
