**About the role**:

At Exante we are looking for an experienced **Sales Operations Specialist**,** for helping businesses to leverage data and identify opportunities for improvement,

spot trends, as well as recognize potential issues and offer solutions.

The **Sales Operations Specialist,** will help to transform Exante’s data into insights that drive business value through use of data analytics, data visualization and data modeling techniques and technologies. In this role, you will identify trends that can help other areas, managers and executives make business decisions to modernize and improve processes in the organization.

As **Sales Operations Specialis**t**, you will be responsible for improving efficiency, increasing productivity, and driving profits for the business.

**What you will be doing**:

- You will perform analyses of the business goals, objectives and needs of the general business environment for **White Label and Institutional Sales division.**

- You will be conducting various types of research and analysis to support sales operations.

- You will plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support sales funnel reporting, revenue forecasting,

other business processes and activities and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.

- You will Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.

- You will identify and implement best practices and suggest how to improve current practices.

- You will calculate/estimate costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions to establish their viability/return on investment.

- You will develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to sales operations.

You will analyze and document business processes and metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

- You will assist management in resolving business issues in an effective and productive manner. You will design, document, and re-engineer business processes and publish business metrics results.

- You will research and analyze sales operations and present findings to the manager or project leader.

- You will make recommendations using **White Label and Institutional Sales division **data for process improvements to support business systems and activities that deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency. You will determine the estimated costs/benefits of these improvements.

- You will document business processes, metrics and improvement opportunities.

- You will gain relationship experience with clients and vendors by leading meetings internally and externally.

- Outside of regular Sales Operations activities, you will perform special projects upon request and on occasion.


- Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, management information systems, statistics, operations management, mathematics,

or other technical discipline

- 4+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance operations, business, or economics

- Expert level understanding of dimensional and tabular models that enable efficient analysis in Power BI, Metabase, including DAX

- Proven experience in performance tuning of Power BI dashboards and reports, as well as monitoring health and performance of entire Power BI platform

- Experience with CRM systems

- Experience extracting and analyzing information out of massive, complex and, in some cases, disparate datasets

- Strong communication skills with the ability to regularly interface with executive management

- Ability to uncover and develop data-oriented stories that resonate with business partners/executive audiences

- Advanced Excel modeling and/or reporting skills

- Experience with building data infrastructure (e.g., designing architecture, building data pipelines, implementing scalable monitoring) and implementing reporting solutions

- Understanding and knowledge of the capital markets sector.

- Adept at data prep, data modeling, and data visualization
