Job Responsibilities
VM Activities
- Ensure the Maison image standards are well implemented in all boutiques in the area.
- Oversee the in-store client experience guaranteeing good lighting, music, videos and decorative elements on a day-to-day basis.

Planning & Operations
- Manage store window set-ups and collection launches in all boutiques in the area in line with the VM and Merchandising Calendar.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Retail, Operations, Merchandising and Marketing/Events) to ensure high-level VM execution.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure brand standards expectations.
- Coordinate in-store VMs in the area for all daily VM activities.
- Manage the organization and inventory of VM props for all boutiques, ensuring materials are in good condition and reporting needs to the Zone VM Manager.

Communication
- Provide qualitative feedback based on central VM guidelines to in-store VMs after any set-up.
- Use photo-reporter as the main communication channel, ensuring high-quality photos, respecting timing and implementing changes if needed.




- Act as the link between boutique Retail Teams and the Zone VM Manager.

Business Perspective
- Plan product rotations in accordance with each boutique’s needs to maximize sales, while aligning with central guidelines.
- Monitor the performance of boutiques in the area, tracking sell-through per collection and universe.

Training
- Provide continuous training to VMs in the related area following updates from the central VM department.
- Develop plans to engage Retail Teams in maintaining day-to-day image standards.

Profile
- Minimum 5-year experience in a company with international exposure.
- English as first business language; other languages are considered a plus.
- Good proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe Pack (notably Photoshop) is a plus.
