We are looking for a
Customer Service Specialist
in Milan, a full-time, hybrid role in a small, high-efficiency team.
The position involves managing customer orders, invoices and claims, supporting after-sales activities and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
The role is ideal for a self-starter with strong customer service experience, a commercial mindset, and proficiency in English and Spanish.
Purpose of the Position
Responsible for handling customer orders for Italy and Spain, supporting post-sales activities, payment follow-ups, credit control, and maintaining accurate customer data.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Administration, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process, monitor, and update customer orders for Italy and Spain
Support post-sales activities, including handling customer complaints and claims
Assist with payment follow-ups and collection activities
Support credit control processes, including order blocks and account administration
Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Administration teams
Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales Team and Commercial Agents
Keep customer data and commercial conditions up to date
Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure smooth and efficient stock management
Act as a key contact for area managers and sales agents regarding customers, orders, deliveries, and product availability
Key Requirements
Languages: Italian (native), English (fluent), Spanish (communicative)
MS Office – good working knowledge of Excel
ERP systems – experience with SAP or SAGE is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, sales back-office, or administrative support role
Considered as a Plus
Experience in B2B and/or multinational environments
Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
Previous exposure to credit control or accounts receivable support activities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work across commercial, credit, and supply-chain teams
