Essential Responsibilities Manage, as primary interface, any concerns and technical evidences arising from maintenance activities on engines at Customer Lead and ensure the effective exchange of information between the Customer and Avio Aero.




Liaise with Customer operational department to ensure timely and effective response to technical issues.
With the support of the System Engineer, be accountable for problem identification and possible solutions to support the Army in determining whether to remove an engine from service after evaluating all possible troubleshooting operations.
Manage the support and arrangement of shipping and receiving of engines, accessories and engine parts to and from Company sites.
Ensure monitoring, recording and updating of the availability and the status of the engine fleet.
Be accountable to support the Customer in planning the maintenance inspections.
Lead the support of the Customer on interpretation and application of technical publications and Service Bulletins/PTAs, advise on engine operability, and assist in solving problems that may arise during training, maintenance or operational activitie
